Typically there usually is a hospitality area depending on facilities

Back when UT played at a glorified city park they would put up a tent in the gravel parking lot and have snacks, catering, etc up there. However it was only for credentialed teams, players, coaches, staff, etc. Now a days I think the snacks, etc are in the batting cages, dugouts, etc. And those of us staff working plus media (non broadcasting media) get catering served in the press box. ESPN feeds their own people usually next to their truck or another area if they decide to direct out of the on-campus control room.

Getting extra bleachers (little 3 or 4 row ones) shouldn’t be too hard, as UT did the same thing in said city park field. However the issue might be is actually finding a place to put them with a view of the field and be level. All depends on where the controlled access begins/cattle guards put up to restrict access. Might be similar to when VT hosted the ACC Tournament, but I don’t know what that step up was, as i never saw it.

Pricing won’t be much cause the point is to get fans in the seats vs extra $$. I think the NCAA gets a cut, not entirely sure honestly. You might pay extra for reserved seating and then less for general admission.
